Origin 2016: Skip Weekends and Holidays in Financial Plots (VT-2583)

Origin 2016 supports skipping weekend and holidays in financial plots by default. If you open axis dialog, you will notice a new Axis Type Discrete has been added. When it's selected, rows without data will be skipped.
